It’s almost the time of year again when Columbia gets flooded with film-lovers and imaginative cosplayers. No, we don’t have our own Comic Con — it’s the True False Film Fest.

The 2014 True/False Film Fest passes are now available for purchase. The festival is set to run from February 27 to March 2, 2014. Here is a breakdown of packages and prices:

  • Super Circle ($700): This pass if for the truly dedicated. Not only do you get access to all of the films throughout the weekend, you get access to all of the parties and events, ticketless walkthrough privileges to certain venues, a True/False swag bag and so much more. The exclusives for this pass include a 30-minute one-on-one with festival programmers David Wilson, Paul Sturtz or Chris Boeckmann; an invitation to join the True/False submissions committee for a pre-fest screening; free admission to busker shows; $300 of your ticket purchase will be donated to the festival and will be tax deductible for charity reasons; and free admission to Based on a True Story: The Intersection of Documentary Film and Journalism, a conference at MU’s Reynolds Journalism Institute.
  • Silver Circle ($400): The Silver Circle pass is still a hefty sum to drop on a film pass, but it will get you everything that the Super Circle does, except for the 30-minute one-on-one, the tax deductible donation and the pre-screening with the submissions committee.
  • Lux ($175): For those who love True/False but aren’t too fanatic (or don’t have all the time to go to everything), this pass is for you. This pass will get you admission to all the movies for the weekend, the ability to reserve tickets online 48 hours before Simple passholders, admission to the Jubilee masquerade ball, admission to the Reality Bites event and the @ction Party, and a few more event admissions.
  • Simple ($75): This pass is for those who mainly care about the films. This pass will gain you entrance to all the films for the weekend, but you might have to wait in the Q lines to make sure you gain entrance. You’ll be able to reserve tickets at the box office before it opens to the general public, though, so you’ll still have a small advantage. This pass will also get you a discounted entrance to the @action Party for $20.
  • The Busker Band ($30): This pass is for the music-lovers. This pass will gain you entrance to all busker shows and showcases throughout the weekend. You’ll also gain admittance to the Busker’s Last Stand show at the Missouri Theatre. A movie voucher will also be provided that you can redeem for one screening.

For a more complete list of what each pass gets you exactly, you can visit the True/False Film Fest website for more details.
